Developed in collaboration with Fourways Coffee, our house espresso is a single-origin, washed coffee from smallholder farms around Lake Ayarza, Santa Rosa, Guatemala.

Roasted medium-light just for us, it’s a smooth and easy-going cup, with chewy toffee sweetness, pecan texture, and a bright lemonade finish.
